Kayseri

Kayseri is a huge industrialized city in Central Anatolia, Turkey. It is the seat of Kayseri Province. The city of Kayseri, as characterized by the limits of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, is fundamentally made out of five metropolitan areas, the 2 center locale of Kocasinan and Melikgazi, and since 2004, additionally Hacilar, Incesu and Talas. Kayseri is situated at the foot of the terminated fountain of liquid magma Mount Erciyes that towers 3,916 meters 12,848 feet over the city. The city is regularly refered to in the principal positions among Turkey's urban communities that fit the meaning of Anatolian Tigers.

The city holds ious recorded landmarks, including a few from the Seljuk time frame. While it is for the most part visited on the way to the universal vacation destinations of Cappadocia, Kayseri has numerous attractions in its own right: Seljuk and Ottoman period landmarks in and around the downtown area, Mount Erciyes as a trekking and alpinism focus, Zamanti River as a boating focus, and the notable locales of Kultepe, Agırnas, Talas and Develi. Kayseri is served by Erkilet International Airport and is home to Erciyes University.
