About Derinkuyu
Derinkuyu is a town and district of Nevsehir Province inside the Central Anatolia place of Turkey. According to 2010 census, populace of the district is 22,114 of which 10,679 stay inside the metropolis of Derinkuyu. The district covers a place of 445 km2, and the average elevation is 1,300 m, with the highest factor being Mt. Ertas at 1,988 m. The first flooring of the Derinkuyu Underground City had been dated to this early length.
