About Cesme Museum
Cesme Museum is a general intrigue exhibition hall in Cesme ilce of Izmir Province, Turkey. The palace was authorized by Sultan Bayezid II of the Ottoman Empire in 1502. In 1965, the historical center was set up as a weapons gallery, however high dampness caused some rusting in the metallic parts of the weapons and the weapons were exchanged to different exhibition halls. Starting in 1984, the historical center was updated as a broadly useful museum. The Cezayirli Gazi Hasan Pasa Monument is simply before the gallery and the Aegean Sea drift is around 60 meters toward the west.
