About Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum
The Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum already known as the Buddha Memorial Center, is a Mahayana Buddhist social, religious and instructive exhibition hall situated in Dashu District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The historical center is partnered with Fo Guang Shan, one of Taiwan's biggest Buddhist associations. The gallery houses one of the tooth relics of Sakyamuni Buddha, the organizer of the Buddhist confidence. Development of the historical center started in 2008, and the exhibition hall was opened to general society in December 2011.
The gallery was acknowledged as the most youthful individual from the International Council of Museums ICOM in 2014. In 1998 Venerable Master Hsing Yun made a trip to Bodh Gaya, India to present the statutes for full appointment. He was depended with a tooth relic by Kunga Dorje Rinpoche who had defended the relic for almost thirty years. Rinpoche was contacted by the endeavors of Fo Guang Shan in advancing trades between ious Buddhist customs, and he trusted that the relic could be revered in Taiwan as an image of Dharma safeguarding.

By adoring a commemoration, individuals can come to know the Buddha's Dharma body, and their sentiments of profound respect can be lifted into needing to find out about the Buddha's ideals and practice them in regular daily existence. The Buddha needn't bother with a dedication, however living creatures do.
