Skulpturenweg Reinach

The "Skulpturenweg" sculpture path is located in a small forest called "Leywald" southeast of Reinach. It is a great walk to do with kids as it is short, flat and they will be motivated to search for the next sculpture. The large marble run was the main attraction. It has balls supplied recommended one bringing a few marbles you don't mind loosing to send through the castle. Over the years artists have created large wooden sculptures with 46 in total created by 22 different artists.

All the sculptures are related to fairy tales and are quite captivating to the children. The 600 meters long path leads along and through the forest. You can do everything without a break in about an hour. Or if you'd like to take longer than an hour then bring a picnic and BBQ supplies because it has two cozy barbecues on the path. They also provide a detailed map of the area and a illustrated list of all the sculptures on their site.
