Risch

Risch is a municipality in the canton of Zug in Switzerland. It is also promoted as Risch-Rotkreuz. Four villages rotateauz, risk, bunus and holzusran are from municipality Risk. Decided to publicize the Municipality as Risch-Rotkreuz on November 24, 2007. The change was done because the village rotate has grown very much from Risch. Risch-Rotkreuz is near two motorways A4 and A14. By train, you can reach the municipality with SBB. There is a very important station in Rotteridge because the railway line crossing the Alps through the Gautehard Pass crosses the intercity line from Zurich to Lucerne. On the lake you can go to the ship for Cham, Zag and Arth.

Most of the population is Roman Catholic 58%. 14.1% of the remaining population belong to the Swiss reformed church, 14.7% are from other churches, and 13.2% are not of any organized church. Risch-Rotkreuz's largest firm is Roche Diagnostics International AG -isch-Rotkreuz. Unemployment rate is 2.3%. As of 2005, 145 people were employed in the primary economic zone and about 47 businesses were involved in this area. 2,162 people are working in the secondary sector and there are 95 businesses in this area. With 576 occupations in this area, 4,220 people are employed in tertiary sector.
