Musee Longines
About Musee Longines
Longines Museum is a Swiss luxury watchmaker based in Saint-Imier, Switzerland. Founded by Auguste Agassiz in 1832, it belongs to Swatch Group. Its registered logo, registered in 1889, is the oldest registered trademark still active. In 1832, the Swiss watchmaker was founded under the original name of August Agassis, lawyers Henry Raigel and Florian Morrell, as well as the original name Raiglu Jean and C. In 1846, Raizul and Morel withdrew from the watch industry, making Agassiz the only head of the company. Several years later, Agassis brought his brilliant nephew entrepreneur, economist by training, Ernest Franklin, to the service of business.
Frostin was the brain behind many influential innovations that distinguished society from its competitors. A stroke of Frelinone's early talent was more important than the dominant option of key wounds. Later, when Agassiz began to suffer from health problems, he set an example to Franklin. Years later, the American watch industry welcomed making great strides in the production of industrial clocks around the world. Franklin smiled at James David in 1876 to obtain new ideas and strategies from the Americans at the Philadelphia World's Fair.
