About Lake Morat
Morat Lake or Lake Merton is a lake, which is located in the campus of Freiburg and Woud in the west of Switzerland. It is named after the small bilingual city of Murne / on the southern coast of Morat. It is the smallest of the three lakes in the Seland or Paige des Trice Mill area of the Swiss Plateau located on the foot of the first series of the Jura mountains. The main auxiliary river is the river brae.
