Brugg is a municipality and is the seat of the district of the same name. This city is located at the confluence of Ries, Aarey and Limit, and Aare flows through the old city of the city. It is situated about 16 kilometers from the Cantonal capital of Aarau; 28 kilometers from Zürich; And about 45 kilometers from Basel. Bruges is Swiss German for the bridge in Brooke High German. This city is an illusion for the purpose of establishing a city under Habsburgs, because the city is located at the narrowest point on the beach in the Swiss Midlands.
Habsburg's oldest known residence is located in the neighborhood of Alenburg, which was previously an independent community.
