Landskrona Citadel

Landskrona Citadel is situated in Landskrona, Scania, southern Sweden. Much of the authentic paintings is intact. Examples stay of all most important parts of the fortification, that's uncommon in such an available region. The moat across the imperative fortification is unbroken, as are the north-west and north-east parts of the outermost moat, which in the beginning related to a moat surrounding the town itself. Centermost, the fortress sits on an island surrounded by way of its own moat.

North of the fort, among the second one and fourth moat is Sweden's oldest allotment-lawn. Several of its lawn houses are attractions in themselves. Initially constructed through Christian III of Denmark 1549 to 1559 as a only defensive fortification with complete moats, the internal with a width of 70 metres. The outer moat is among 40 and 70 metres extensive, and has move fireplace bastions for artillery and weapons. Outside the outer moat, a 3rd narrower moat covers the northwest and northeast.
