Färjestaden

Farjestaden is the most important urban place on Oland. The resort is placed in Morbylanga municipality in Kalmar County, on the west coast of Oland on the Oland bridge contrary Kalmar. For the settlement inside the locality, Statistics Sweden has delimited a urban vicinity which constitutes the primary part of the town, and partially a separate small metropolis before 2015 for agreement inside the southwestern element, which became named for Farjestaden and which 2015 became in the city region.

Farjestaden is developing in location and today the regions Saxnas, Bjornhovda, Runsback and Eriksore are more or much less linked to the inn. Already inside the 14th century, the place was an important connection among the mainland and Oland.
