10 Cool Ice Hotels

This Hotel is located high above the Polar Circle. The Snow Village’s rooms feature sculpted ice furniture and some of them also have ice and snow decorations. The visitors can have the dinner in the Ice bar and enjoy the Igloo Disco. The Hotel also offers different activities such as ice fishing, dog sledding trips and snowmobile and reindeer safari.

This Hotel is situated in Japan. The main feature of this cool ice hotel is its ice village. Here, where guests stay in, dining room, bedroom and bathroom are all made out of ice. In this Hotel, dinner is also served on an ice plate.

This Hotel is located on an island named St. Helen’s. Each year, the hotel reproduces a different city out of ice and snow and the buildings are colorfully lit at night.  Hotel gives its guests features like they can relax in one of the hot tubs or get a drink in an ice glass at the kube Ice Bar.

Snow Hotel is made entirely out of ice and snow. The Snow Hotel is part of the snow castle of Kemi in Finland, the biggest snow fort in the world. It is rebuilt in every winter with a different design since 1996.

This Hotel is one of the latest made cool ice hotels in the world. The Kirkenes Snow hotel was opened in 2006 for the first time. It provides its customers with a wonderful experience in one of Norways most beautiful surroundings.

Hotel de Glace is the first Ice hotel in North America. It has welcomed over a million people around the world since its opening in 2001. The Hotel de Glace opens each year in early January providing a three-month lifespan to its customers before being brought down in April.

The Alta Igloo Hotel is made completely from ice and snow. Here, leather sleeping pads and ultra-warm sleeping bags are provided in each room, but with a constant temperature between -4 and -7 °C.

The Ice hotel is located in a small village of Jukkasjarvi in Northern Sweden. It is the world’s first Ice Hotel and was opened in the 1990. The entire hotel is made out of snow and ice blocks taken from the frozen Torne River.
