Tangalle

Tangalle is Situated in the Hambantota District on the southern tip of Sri Lanka. It is a small city, far enough in south to avoid the masses of local tourists from Colombo, but yet developed so that here you can find all amenities like supermarkets and pharmacies. Tangalle has a relatively mild climate and sandy beaches. Tangalle is a less-busy beach destination. This location is far from the capital Colombo. As like most coastal towns and cities of southern Sri Lanka, this is a wonderful place for surfing, whale watching and diving, and it is perfect for spending your days on one of the beach of Tangalle, and these having beautiful views over the warm Indian Ocean. There are many beaches with an amazing range of flora and fauna. The crowd in Tangalle tends to be laid back and, naturally, enjoying this stunning paradise.
