About Vizcaya
Vizcaya, traditional Biscay, Basque Bizkaia, provincia in the comunidad autonoma of Basque Country, northern Spain. Originally a tribal territory of the Vascones, Vizcaya become vested in the crown of Castile and Leon in 1379, however the important authorities has usually had problems ruling the fiercely unbiased Basques.
