About Tower of the church of San Salvador

The Tower of Iglesia de San Salvador is a mudejar ringer tower situated in Teruel, Spain. It was announced Bien de Interes Cultural in 1911. It has been incorporated into a World Heritage Site, initially called "Mudejar Architecture of Teruel" and later extended. It is trusted that the mudejar Tower of El Salvador may have been worked amid the main quarter of the 14th century dependent on the judges' record in the compositions known as the Libro Verde de Teruel. Its more intricate enrichment and points of interest, together with a more developed structure than that of San Martin Tower, which it mimics, drives us to see it as the later of the two.

High ascending in the midst of the Calle de El Salvador's neighboring structures, the pinnacle is situated associated with the extravagant church of El Salvador, whose early structure went into disrepair in 1677. Inside the city dividers, El Salvador was put only a couple of meters from the Portal of Guadalaviar. It is inside houses the Centro de Interpretacion del Mudejar and it is available to guests. It is prudent to visit it, since it offers one of the rare open doors that you need to take a gander at the inside structure of Aragonese Mudejar towers.
