It was composed in the vicinity of 1610 and 1615 by Agustín Bernardino, an understudy of Juan de Herrera, and was developed over an old mosque. The more seasoned shelter was constructed initially in the fifteenth century in Valencian Gothic style.
The house of God has a Latin cross arrangement, however the transepts are very short. flanking the nave are six interconnecting side houses of prayer and a wandering around the apse. A blue vault rises 45 meters over the intersection. The church of Holy Communion, arranged as a little Greek cross-arranged sanctuary, is thought to be a standout amongst the most wonderful cases of the Spanish Baroque. The outer appearance of the house of prayer is very calm. The primary veneer situated on the east side is of the Doric request, and the one based on the south side is of Ionic request.
