Sant Josep de sa Talaia is a town and region of the Balearic Islands in western Ibiza. The town is 10.7 miles west of the capital Eivissa and is situated on the PM803 parkway between Eivissa town and Sant Antoni de Portmany. The town is 6.5 miles from the island's airport. As of 2006, the number of inhabitants in the region is 26,133. In the early long periods of the 17th century the number of inhabitants in town had developed impressively. As of now the closest place of love was at Sant Antoni de Portmany and the neighborhood populace required a congregation to some degree closer to their homes.
In 1726 the occupants of the region at that point named es Vedrans and Benimussa solicited the ecclesiastical overseer from Tarragona, Manuel de Samaniego Jaca, who was visiting the island, to affirmed the working of another congregation. The ecclesiastical overseer consented to this demand and on 15 August 1729 the principal mass was hung on the site. The congregation has a solitary Nave which has a barrel vaulted rooftop. The dividers to the side of the nave have a few littler houses of prayer. You can come here and explore this place.
