Palma

Palma is the capital and biggest city of the self-ruling network of the Balearic Islands in Spain. It is arranged on the south bank of Mallorca on the Bay of Palma. The Cabrera Archipelago, however broadly isolated from Palma legitimate, is authoritatively viewed as a feature of the district. Starting at 2018, Palma de Mallorca Airport serves more than 29 million travelers for each year. Palma is a noteworthy city and seaport situated in the southwest of Mallorca, a western mediterranean island having a place with the Balearic Islands archipelago.

The land region of the city is about 21.355 square kilometers 8.245 sq mi with an elevation of 13 meters 43 feet above ocean level. The downtown area of Palma is found north of the homonymous inlet Badia de Palma in the neighborhood Catalan dialect. The region that broadens eastwards is generally a level ripe plain known as Es Pla. Toward the north and west, the city outskirts the Serra de Tramuntana, the island's significant mountain extend and an Unesco World Heritage site.
