Deoksugung
About Deoksugung
Deoksugung, otherwise called Gyeongun-gung, Deoksugung Palace, or Deoksu Palace, is a walled compound of royal residences in Seoul that was possessed by individuals from Korea's imperial family amid the Joseon government until pioneer period around the turn of the twentieth century.
It is one of the "Five Grand Palaces" worked by the lords of the Joseon Dynasty.
The structures are of changing styles, including some of regular cryptomeria wood, painted wood, and stucco. A few structures were worked of stone to duplicate western palatial structures.
