About Changgyeonggung
Changgyeong Palace is a royal residence situated in Seoul, South Korea.
The royal residence was worked in the mid-fifteenth century by King Sejong for his dad, Taejong.
It was initially named "Suganggung," however it was revamped and expanded in 1483 by King Seongjong, at which time it got its present name.
Numerous structures were decimated amid Japan's ious late sixteenth century endeavors to overcome Korea and attack China.
It was modified by progressive Joseon Kings yet was by and by to a great extent crushed by the Japanese in the mid-twentieth century, however, this time was torn down efficiently to account for an advanced stop, a showplace for the realm, likened to Tokyo's Ueno Park.
Amid the Japanese pilgrim time frame, the Japanese assembled a zoo, greenhouse, and historical center on the site. After autonomy in 1945 and the turmoil and demolition of the 1950-53 Korean War, the zoo was restocked with gifts of rich Korean and blessings from remote zoos.
