About Witrivier
White River is a small holiday and farming metropolis situated simply north of Mbombela in Mpumalanga, South Africa. The farms in the vicinity produce tropical fruits, greens, flowers and timber. After the Boer War the British demarcated land at the Emanzimhlope River, a tributary of the Crocodile River. Emanzimhlope interprets from the Swazi as 'White Waters'. The longest road on the town continues to be named after Lawrence, who become the primary supervisor of the new settlement.
