Urdoma

Urdoma is an city locality an town-kind settlement in Lensky District of Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia, placed on the Verkhnyaya Lupya River, a tributary of the Vychegda. Municipally, it is the place of job of Urdomskoye Urban Settlement, the first-class city agreement within the district. Urdoma have become first cited in the 17th century resources as part of Yarensky Uyezd. In the direction of the govt reform finished in 1708 via Peter the Great, the location become blanketed into Archangelgorod Governorate. In 1780, the governorate was abolished and transformed into Vologda Viceroyalty.
