Tyva

Tyva is a federal situation of Russia. The Tuvan republic lies on the geographical center of Asia, in southern Siberia. The republic borders the Altai Republic, the Republic of Khakassia, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Irkutsk Oblast, and the Republic of Buryatia in Russia and Mongolia to the south. Its capital is the town of Kyzyl. It has a populace of 307,930. From 1921 to 1944, Tuva constituted a sovereign, impartial country under the name of Tannu Tuva, formally, the Tuvan People's Republic, or the People's Republic of Tannu Tuva. The independence of Tannu Tuva, however, was diagnosed only by using its acquaintances: the Soviet Union and Mongolia.

A majority of the population are ethnic Tuvans who communicate Tuvan as their local tongue, even as Russian is spoken natively by the Russian minority; both are authentic and broadly understood in the republic. Tuva is ruled by way of the Great Khural, which elects a chairman for a 4-12 months term. The territory of Tuva has been controlled by way of the Xiongnu Empire and Mongolian Xianbei kingdom, Rouran Khaganate, Mongol Empire, Northern Yuan, Khotgoid Khanate and Zunghar Khanate. Medieval Mongol tribes, along with Oirats and Tumeds, inhabited regions which might be now part of the Tuvan republic.
