Serafimovich

Serafimovich is a town and the regulatory focus of Serafimovichsky District in Volgograd Oblast, Russia, situated on the correct bank of the Don River, 160 kilometers northwest of Volgograd, the authoritative focal point of the oblast. The Don is one of the significant Eurasian streams of Russia and the 5th longest waterway in Europe. The Don bowl is between the Dnieper bowl toward the west, the Volga bowl toward the east, and the Oka bowl tributary of the Volga toward the north. It was established in 1589 as the stanitsa of Ust-Medveditskaya.
