Savinsky

Savinsky is an urban locality a work settlement in Plesetsky District of Arkhangelsk Oblast, Russia, placed 30 kilometers northwest of Plesetsk and 10 kilometers west of the Sheleksa railway station, at the proper financial institution of the Yemtsa River. Municipally, it's far the place of job of Savinskoye Urban Settlement, one of the eight urban settlements within the district. Savinskaya Volost already existed within the 19^th century and was part of Onezhsky Uyezd of Arkhangelsk Governorate. In 1929, Plesetsky District became set up, which included Savinsky Selsoviet.

Savinsky is positioned on the highway connecting Kargopol with one of the important highways in Russia, M8 between Moscow and Arkhangelsk the highways meet inside the village of Brin-Navolok northwest of Yemtsa. There is ordinary bus service to both Plesetsk and Yemtsa.
