About Rylsk
Rylsk is a town and the managerial focal point of Rylsky District in Kursk Oblast, Russia, situated on the correct bank of the Seym River 124 kilometers southwest of Kursk, the authoritative focal point of the oblast. It was first made reference to in an account in 1152 as one of the Severian towns.
