Penza

Penza is a metropolis and the place of business of Penza Oblast, Russia. Penza was founded as a Russian frontier fortress-city, and to this present day, remnants of the Lomovskaya sentry line constructed in 1640 were preserved on the western edge of the town, and stays of earth ramparts relationship from the mid-16th century are preserved inside the town center.
