Novokubansk

Novokubansk is a town and the administrative center of Novokubansky District of Krasnodar Krai, Russia. When the Caucasian War ended, in 1867, former squaddies decided to settle in an area which is now known as Novokubansk. In 1936, Novokubansk became the place of job of Novokubansky District. During World War II, the metropolis become occupied by using the German troops on August 6, 1942 and remained occupied until its liberation on January 25, 1943. Six squaddies have been killed and sixteen were wounded over the last battle.
