About Mozhga
Mozhga is a town in the Udmurt Republic, Russia, situated at the intersection of the Syuga and Syugailka Rivers, 97 kilometers southwest of Izhevsk, the capital of the republic. It was established in 1835 as a settlement around Syuginsky glass works. The works was worked by the shipper Fyodor Chernov from Yelabuga and wound up known for the generation of specialized glass, containers, and creature dolls. In 1916, Syuginskaya railroad station was worked close to the industrial facility settlement. After the October Revolution of 1917, it was renamed Sovetsky, and later Krasny.
It was conceded town status and given its present name in 1926. Inside the structure of managerial divisions, Mozhga fills in as the regulatory focus of Mozhginsky District, despite the fact that it's anything but a piece of it. As an authoritative division, it is fused independently as the town of republic essentialness of Mozhga, a regulatory unit with the status equivalent to that of the districts. As a city division, the town of republic criticalness of Mozhga is consolidated as Mozhga Urban Okrug. Mozhga is a critical modern focal point of southwestern Udmurtia.
