Kamen na Obi

Kamen-na-Obi, known until 1933 as Kamen, is a town in Altai Krai, Russia, situated on the left bank of the Ob River 208 kilometers northwest of Barnaul, the managerial focus of the krai. As of the 2010 Census, its populace was 43,888. It was established in 1751 as the town of Kamen and allowed town status in 1915. Within the system of managerial divisions, Kamen-na-Obi fills in as the authoritative focus of Kamensky District.
