About Bogotol
Bogotol is a town in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia, found 6 kilometers of the Chulym River and 252 kilometers west of Krasnoyarsk, the managerial focus of the krai. It was established in 1893 because of the development of the Trans-Siberian Railway. The name gets from the Ket words bogotu and ul. Bogotol was allowed town status in 1911. The Trans-Siberian Railway is a system of railroads interfacing Moscow with the Russian Far East. With a length of 9,289 kilometers, it is the longest railroad line on the planet.
There are interfacing branch lines into Mongolia, China and North Korea. It has associated Moscow with Vladivostok since 1916, is as yet being expanded. Within the structure of managerial divisions, Bogotol fills in as the authoritative focal point of Bogotolsky District, despite the fact that it's anything but a piece of it. As a regulatory division, it is fused independently as the krai town of Bogotol a regulatory unit with the status equivalent to that of the districts. As a civil division, the krai town of Bogotol is consolidated as Bogotol Urban Okrug.
