About Trusesti
Trusesti is a commune in Botosani County, Moldova, Romania, which include the villages of Buhaceni, Ciritei, Drislea, Ioneseni, Păsăteni and Trusesti. The commune is placed northeast of Botosani, at the proper and left financial institution of the Jijia River. According to the census carried out in that 12 months, in March 2011, the commune of Trusesti had a population of 5,229 inhabitants, decreasing in comparison to 2002 whilst there had been five,749 inhabitants. It consists of 6 villages: Trusesti, the commune middle, Buhaceni, Ciritei, Drislea, Ioneseni and Păsăteni. Historical studies indicates that the village of Trusesti is one in all the most important Neolithic settlements in Southeast Europe.
The metropolis of Trusesti appears in a number of the chrisoave from 1439 to 1451. Trusesti village is an antique agreement; documentary, the call of the settlement is noted within the time of Alexandru Lăpuşneanu on February 15, 1568. In Dimitrie Cantemir's map of Moldova, which completes the work Descripţio Moldaviae the village of Trusesti isn't always referred to, because in the time of Prince Petru Şchiopul the village become destroyed by means of Tatar and Cossack.
