Stephen's Tower is a tower positioned on Citadel Square in Baia Mare, Romania. Over forty metres high and constructed in a neo-Gothic fashion, it's miles a symbol of the city. Eventually used for strategic statement and detecting fires, Stephen's Tower was first of all a bell tower for Saint Stephen's church, built in 1347 to 76 as the handiest double-naved church in mediaeval northwest Transylvania.
