About Stejaru
Stejaru is a commune in Tulcea county , Dobrogea , Romania , which include the villages Mina Altan Tepe , Stejaru and Vasile Alecsandri. There live many Aromanians , who had a very afflicted history, the members of this network being successively expelled from Greece , Epirus , Quadrilater , after which to support the communist persecution.
