About Roses Park
Roses Park, previously called Rosarium, The Park of Culture and Leisure "Stefan Plavat" and The Park of Culture is one of the parks in Timisoara. The park was built in 1891, on the identical time with Children’s Park, at the occasion of the Universal Exhibition, whilst flower arrangements were made here by using gardeners Wilhelm Muhle, Franz Niemetz and Beno Agatsy.
