Poiana Lacului

Poiana Lacului is a commune in Arges County, Muntenia, Romania, inclusive of the villages of Catunasi, Cepari, Dealu, Dealul Viilor, Dinculesti, Galeteanu, Gardinesti, Galcesti, Metofu, Paduroiu din Deal, Paduroiu din Vale, Poiana Lacului Samara. At the cease of the 19th century, the commune changed into a part of the Piteşti net of Arges County and it consisted of the villages of Duculesti, Galesti, Galatanu-Negoesti, Neagra, Poiana Lacului, Popesti and Teiusu, with a total of 867 populations.

There were church buildings and a combined college inside the community.
