Plataresti

Plataresti is a commune in Calarasi County, Muntenia, Romania, such as the villages Cucuieti, Dorobanţu, Plataresti and Podu Pitarului. This commune starts on the road with Fundeni, and ends to the Pitar Bridge. At the quit of the 19th century, the commune became called Cucuieti-Plataresti, it changed into a part of the Dambovita internet of Ilfov county and it had the villages Cucuieti-Suditi, Cucuieti-Moara, Podu Pitarului, Progresu and Renasterea, with 2610 inhabitants, dwelling in 590 houses.
