Piatra Soimului

Piatra Soimului is a commune in Neamt county , Moldova , Romania , consisting of the villages of Luminis , Negulesti , Piatra Soimului house and Poieni. At the give up of the nineteenth century, the commune turned into named Calu-Iapa , it turned into a part of the Piatra-Munte Neamt County and it consisted of the villages Calu, Dumbrava Rosie de Jos, Iapa and Savinesti , with a complete of 2955 inhabitants. In the commune 12 water generators, a lumber mill, 3 church buildings and a faculty had been operating.

The Socec Yearbook of 1925 data the abolition of the commune and the passing of its villages into the management of the neighboring Mastacanu village. The commune changed into rebuilt in 1931, underneath the call of Calu and with the villages Calu, Iapa and Negulesti. In 1950, Calu commune changed into assigned to the Buhusi district after which to the Piatra Neamt district of Bacau . In 1964, the call of the commune and village of house turned into modified to Piatra Soimului , and the village of Iapa become renamed in Luminesh . In 1968, Piatra Soimului commune returned to Neamt County , re-hooked up.
