Patarlagele is a town in Buzau County , Muntenia , Romania , consisting of the localities Muşcel , Patarlagele, Poienile , Sibiciu de Sus , Stroesti , Valea Lupului , Sibiu Valley and Valea Viei . The villages of Cairo Chiojdul , Crang , the Foundations , Gornet , Lunca , Monastery and Maruntisu . He is in Patarlagele Depression, at the higher path of the Buzau River .
