Lisa

Lisa is a commune located in Romania, Brasov County, within the Fagaras place. It is widely known in the region for its iciness holidays customs. The commune consists of 3 villages: Breaza, Lisa and Pojorta. The well-known Romanian writer Octavian Paler become born in Lisa, in 1926, where he graduated the primary college. Lisa has a museum called La Valtori, which hosts 100-year-old set up for creating conventional wool blankets.

During the 1950s, the village become significantly oppressed via the communist regime, as a collection of combatants towards communism were active within the region.
