About Jurilovca
Jurilovca is a commune in Tulcea County, Dobrudja, Romania. It consists of 3 villages: Jurilovca, Visina and Salcioara. It turned into founded through Lipovans at the start of the 19th century; the first documentary attestation is from 1826.
