Jijila is a commune in Tulcea county , Dobrogea , Romania , which includes the villages Garvan and Jijila. It is located in the northwest of Tulcea county at a distance of sixty nine km from the city of Tulcea at the European street E87 . The closest city town is Macin town, positioned 8 km from the commune. Jijila commune is positioned in the western a part of Tulcea County. Compared to the surrounding towns, it's far positioned 7 km from Macin, 15 km from Braila and Galați and 75 km from Tulcea, administrative and political middle of Tulcea county.
