Jibou Botanical Garden

The Jibou Botanical Garden is a botanical lawn placed in Jibou, Romania. The Botanical Garden is located inside the north-east aspect of Jibou, on the second one financial institution of Somes River. The Botanical Garden has a floor of 25 acres and has been organized in the architectural ensemble on the Wesselenyi house beginning with the year 1968.

The works for the employer of the Botanical Garden from Jibou started out between the years 1959 to 1968, when Vasile Fati, a biology trainer, with the scholars and with the other instructors manages to show that the parks around Wesselenyi Castle, where the excessive school changed into functioning is suitable for a botanical garden. Between the years 1968-1970 the first greenhouse of one hundred ten rectangular meters turned into built. Between the years 1978-1982, the two greenhouses were built, the aquarium and the volar. The Botanical Garden Vasile Fati in integrated inside the Botanical Gardens' Association from Romania with the opposite botanical gardens.
