Izvoru Berheciului

Izvoru Berheciului is a commune in Bacau County , Moldova , Romania , along with the villages Antohesti , Baimac , Faghieni , Izvoru Berheciului, Obarsia , Otetesti and Padureni. At the stop of the nineteenth century, the commune changed into named Targu Glodurile , it changed into part of the Siretul de Sus vicinity of Bacau County and it consisted of the villages Targu-Glodurile and Gloduri, with a total of 533 population. In the commune there was a blended college opened at Târgu Glodurile in 1874 and a church built in 1853. At that time, on the contemporary territory of the commune have been also the communes of Obrsia and Otilesti.

The village of Obrsia consisted of the villages of Obarsia and Baimac, with 1220 population, residing in 328 houses and having church buildings, landowners being C. Sendrea, Ciuchi and Pr. I. Stirbei. Otilesti commune consisted of the villages Anthohesti, Otelesti, Faghieni and Padureni with 1,349 inhabitants, three church buildings and a faculty founded in Antohesti in 1892; the exquisite landowners have been Maria T. Hanuta, Marghioala A. Antohi and D. Condurachi.
