Ciofrangeni

Ciofrangeni is common place in Arges , Muntenia , Romania , composed of villages Burluşi , Ciofrangeni, Lakes , Stone and Schitu-Matei. The commune is located at the western fringe of the county, at the border with Valcea County , at the banks of the Topolog . It is crossed by way of the country wide avenue DN73C , which connects Curtea de Arges to Ramnicu Valcea . At Ciofrangeni, a graduation of this road starts with the county street DJ678A, which leads south to Poienarii de Argeş and further to Valcea County at Milcoiu, Nicolae Balcescu and Galicea and to the north, from Tigveni at Cepari and Şuici.

In the Lakes, DJ678A branches the county road DJ704F, which leads east to Baiculesti. Ciofrangeni commune is controlled through a mayor and a local council composed of 11 councilors. The mayor, Dorin-Florin Panţeru, from the Social Democratic Party , become elected in2004. Starting with nearby elections in 2016, the neighborhood council has the following club of political parties.
