Chiliile

Chiliile is a commune in Buzau County , Muntenia , Romania , along with the villages Budesti , Chiliile, Crevelesti , Ghiocari , Glodu-Petcari , Poiana Pletari and Trestioara . At the cease of the 19th century, the commune turned into named Trestioara , it was part of the Parscov Plateau of Buzau County and it consisted of the villages Albeşti, Budesti, Chiliile, Crivelesti, Ghiocari, Trestioara, Sicari and Veghiurile, with a total of 980 inhabitants. Two Orthodox churches and a combined faculty functioned in the commune. In 1925, the commune is registered in Saratelu internet of the same county, comprising the villages of Trestioara, Budesti, Crivelesti and Chiliile, with a population of 1145 inhabitants.

In 1950, the commune become covered inside the Carpiniştea district of the Buzau place after which within the Buzau district of the Ploieşti region . Before 1968, the commune moved its residence to Chiliile, taking the name of this village; in 1968, it was once more a part of Buzau County , with the event being joined by means of the villages of Glodu-Petcari and Poiana-Pletari, which till then have been part of the village of Canesti.
