Grand Mosque of Constan?a Romanian: Marea Moschee din Constan?a, at the start known as the Carol I Mosque is a mosque in Constan?a, Romania. The Grand Mosque of Constan?a stands on the web site of the previous Mahmudia Mosque Geamia Mahmudia, built in 1822 with the aid of Haf?z Hüsseyin Pa?a and named after Ottoman Sultan Mahmud II.
