Cacica is a commune located in Suceava County, Romania. The commune consists of 5 villages: Cacica, Maidan, Partestii de Sus, Runcu and Solonețu Nou. Solonețu Nou is one of the Polish villages in Suceava County, southern Bukovina in Romania. It turned into set up in 1834 by using 30 Polish households from the Sołoniec river valley.
