About Bolintin-Vale
Bolintin- din-Vale is a town in Giurgiu County, Muntenia, Romania, inclusive of Bolintin-Vale, Crivina, Malu Spart and Suseni. The metropolis has a population of 12,929. At the give up of the 19th century, Bolintin-Vale had the fame of a rural commune, it turned into a part of the Sabar net of Ilfov county and it consisted of the villages Bolintinu-Draganeasca, Bolintinu-Moseni, Bolintinu-de-Mijloc and Malu Spart, 3261 population lived in 685 homes.
Two combined colleges, a steam mill and churches functioned within the commune. The Socec Yearbook of 1925 records the commune because the house of Bolintin inside the same county, having 6000 inhabitants within the villages of Bolintinu in Vale, Crivina and Suseni. In 1950, the commune became transferred to Racari rayon and then to Titu rayon from Bucharest. In 1968 he again to Ilfov County, re-set up. In 1981, a regional administrative reorganization brought about the switch of the commune to Giurgiu County. The commune have become a city in 1989.
