About Sulechow
Sulechow is a city located within the Zielona Gora County in Lubusz Voivodeship, western Poland. It is the administrative seat of the Gmina Sulechow. Established within the middle Ages, the city functions many historical monuments widespread to the Polish Lubusz location. The settlement of the place on the Middle Oder dates returned to the 4th century AD. In the tenth century the place became a part of the Polish realm of the Piast duke Mieszko. It became part of the Duchy of Silesia in 1138, and, later belonged to the Silesian Duchy of Głogow, hooked up in 1249-fifty one beneath the rule of Duke Konrad.
The Brandenburg impact met with fierce competition by using Henry's Piast cousin, Duke Jan the Mad of Zagan, who although after several years of fighting had to signal an settlement, whereby the Silesian towns of Krosno Crossen and Sulechow Zullichau finally exceeded to Brandenburg. 2 years later, the Piast duke Joachim of Munsterberg Oels and his younger brothers officially waived any rights to the Crossen and Zullichau territories
